For this shoot I am using one of my housemates as a model as when I talked to her about her dreams I found them really interesting. I was surprised to find out she is in the minority who don't dream in colour. Her dreams are basically black and white, they aren't fully lacking colour but what she's sees is very desaturated. She also told my that she cannot see very clearly, in all her dreams her vision is very blurred so she is never really sure what is going on in them. I thought this was something I would quite easily be able to work with.

The images are a little bit too dark, when I looked through them on the camera they looked brighter so I am thinking when I next shoot that I should make them a little brighter than I want so they even each other out.

Images 309 to 314 inspired by Hannah Starkey and they are my favourite images because a she is touching the mirror it looks like she is more connected with the 'dream'.

I like how some of the images has focused more on the cracks rather than the her face as it creates an interesting depth to the image.

I like the angle that in which I took this one but I'm not so sure how successful the images is that I have placed behind it is as it is hard to work out what it is. However in saying that is it a good thing, I don't want people to be able to look a my images and be able to immediately work out what it is about, I want them to have to have to study it.

I decided to make the image come through the middle of the image as I thought that in my test shoot it looked a little random when the pieces were removed from all over the mirror - this way you also get more of a chance to work out what is showing through the mirror.

For this image I choose a bokeh image as Molly said her dreams are very blurry and I thought the spots of light would make for an interesting and intriguing image. I like how you can't tell what is behind the mirror but I am not sure how much people will contact with the image if they have no idea what is going on.

This is my favourite image from the shoot. I love this image even though it wasn't the original idea, I asked her to put her hand on the mirror as I was inspired by Hannah Starkey and I thought it would make it look like she is connecting with her dream. When I was looking through my images I just didn't want to change anything about this image. I think you can still get the idea that she is dreaming, maybe even more so than the others. I think this image will make people think a lot. What is she dreaming about? What do the cracks mean? Is it a good or bad dream? The cracks suggest bad but she looks so peaceful.

I defiantly want to create more images like the last one and I am going to try adding in some different coloured lighting and do some long exposures to see if I can create more of a dream like atmosphere.
